INSTRUCTION
how to call from a landline phone
using your PIN

1. Dial local or Toll Free access number specified on the page Access numbers.
2. Enter your PIN when prompted.
3. Dial:
- for calls within the U.S., Canada or the Caribbean: 1 + area code + phone number;
- for international calls: 011 + country code + city code + phone number.
4. To make another call without hanging up and starting all over again, simply press
    the Star Key (*) and the system will ask you to enter the number you wish to call. 

To use a phone card please make sure your phone is set to the TONE position.

 

INSTRUCTION
how to call from a cellular phone
using your PIN

1. Dial local or Toll Free access number specified on the page Access numbers and press
   the "Send" or "Call" button depending on the model of your cellular phone.
2. Enter your PIN when prompted.
3. Dial:
   - for calls within the U.S., Canada or the Caribbean: 1 + area code + phone number;
   - for international calls: 011 + country code + city code + phone number.
 After dialing your destination number DO NOT press "Send" or "Call" button again since
    this action will disconnect you from our system and your call will go directly thru your
    mobile service provider
4. To make another call without hanging up and starting all over again, simply press
    the Star Key (*) and the system will ask you to enter the number you wish to call.
